Who uses 64bit XP?

I've been running it a while now. It's ok.
No printer driver for my HP printer but there is a work-around that makes it print.
Don't seem to be able to update firmware on my LinkSys router from the 64bit Explorer.
Never used Avast before and won't go back to **** now that I have used it.
Logitech MX 1000 working fine, have the MX500 for a backup and it works fine too.

I was quite curious about how much better Far Cry would be in 64 bit. Apart from it constantly crashing and losing all my checkpoints so I have to start from the beginning at training, it is great!
What was I thinking going to x64?
I've installed the replacement Win x64 and so my 32 bit version licence is now invalid - no going back for me!
The worst bit was that the CD that came with my Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI didn't work in x64 and I had to download drivers to get features of the mobo working. Not least the LAN that was actually trying to connect to the web - fortunately I (eventually) remembered that the mobo has 2 LAN ports and I simply replugged the network cable in the port that works pre-driver install.
The X-Mystique soundcard 64bit driver only works in analogue. I'm not rewiring my speakers - so it's phones only at the moment. BTW I've got edimensional force feedback phones and the force feedback don't work the 64 bit soundcard driver. It just sends a constant thump to force feedback about twice every 3 seconds and makes the controller very hot! (so have turned vibrate off).
I'm running the 64bit Firefox aka Deer Park and it works fine - it just fails to display some adverts.
HL2 works fine - apart from not being quite the epic audio experience as in 5.1.

I am about for format my drives and go back to XP 32bit. Primarily because alot of games won't install under the x64 Edition and therefore won't run. I have had problems with the Doom 3 expansion and several game demos. I am sick of it. The compatibility wizard is the most useless piece of shit ever. I've never seen it work in XP 32bit and its even less usefull in the 64bit version.
The speed and performance of the 64bit version has been great. Stability also. Its been just as stable as XP 32bit if not more so. But fuck this goddamned software incompatibility. Most of the major software and games is fine, but there is no VIVO drivers for my video card and Alot of my games I've been wanting to re-install this week don't work. Pisses me off.
