yes it is a bargain and yes they are multiplier locked, juss get a mobo that can hit high HT speeds (like an Epox 9NPA+ ultra or DFI ultra-d) and you should be able to hit 3ghz on air i was able to with my friend's 144, ss here:MetalX said:Holy shit only $140?
