It's -27 where I'm at right now and has been all week. This summer I thought about running a water cooling loop (with appropriate antifreeze) to a radiator outside my house, but I got too busy to do more than just make plans (although I have all the parts).
 
...and I dread Michigan's winters, where our average is about 17F and the coldest day we usually get is in the -10F region...

Hell, I'd use Fenris' idea in that scenario. Here in MI though it does actually get up in the 90s for part of the year, so not really a great idea to pull off here.
