Trying to determine who the manufacturer is of this motherboard and what model it is.

It also uses some 16pin power supply connector I am trying to find out a name of or a power supply that it will work with.

Socket 1366

All I see that looks like the model is -

MP-00003743-002
Ver: X03
RACKTY109W600X

Not Asus as I own several of their boards or gigabyte as I have just checked the website - looks to me like its an OEM board, possibly either HP or Dell.

Arima likes using blue PCB's and proprietary power connectors but I do not know if they made any 1366 boards.

Looking up the MAC addresses for the NICs might give some insight as well.

Embedded NICs tend to be registered to the board manufacturer, not the OEM for the NIC.

I have seen 12v only PSU's on Ebay recently whilst looking for something else.

If you know the pinout then it should be fairly easy to convert a regular PC PSU.

I spent 30 minutes studying that picture, couldn't come up with anything. Do you have a higher res pic? Trying to read some of the text on the board!

Also where did you get this?
