who do i contact to get a replacement BIOS

like the title says, who whould i contact to get a replacement BIOS chip for my ASUS A8N-SLi Deluxe, would it be Newegg, or ASUS. the whole board doesnt need to be RMA'd the BIOS just got screwed while was flashing it. also how much would this cost me?

Either Asus or a third party like badflash.com. They usually run around $25 for a replacement.
 
is there a wa to reflash my bios without booting? like a floppy that i can insert to reflash before the BIOS even kicks in?
