White paint and UV Cathodes

Does anybody know if white paint reactives to UV cathodes like a white t-shirt would under a black light?
 
It depends on the paint, but you will most likely not get the affect you are looking for.
 
i think it should react to the light like a shirt, is it white flat or white glossy?
