Call it the strike of the female half but I need to find a nice white case. Anyone have any favorite white cases?

Budget is about $90ish. And she wants it to be "stylish"

Thanks for all the suggestions guys.

Does your significant other want a beige case or a white case? There's a big difference in beauty there. A glossy white paintjob would be cool.

I think that it's a great idea to do a white case. There arn't many truly white cases out there right now. I'm working on my white and black case right now and I think it looks nicer than a grren or orange. I would say just buy a beige or black case, cheap, and paint it u. Tahts what I'm doing. Then custimize ur fans and cables and all that white. That would lok hela cool

I have owned this case for about 8 months now, i only have 2 80mm's in the back and it keeps decent temps, very sturdy as well. My only beef with it is the front plexy is pretty thick and i cant get use my usb thumbdrive with the front usb ports.

Other than that i think it is a very sexy case, very nice automotive paint on it and im not really big into the bright cases, but the power led does light up the front plexy pretty good in the dark. and its blue...

Isn't the front air intake quite restrictive though, in the GMono's stock config?

I know you could always take a holesaw to the front, but one would need to do it to the acrylic/lexan too, which looks like a PITA to do, cleanly.

She wants white not beige to match a white/silver sharp LCD TV she uses as a monitor. I must say the monitor is quite nice looking.

The last case I did that to took me almost 3 weeks of work I went a little overboard with all the time in the paint booth and sanding, and clear coating. She wants it done a little faster

Thanks for the suggestions folks. Still looking, takeabao can you post a pic or two that one was the the best response from her yet.

I say the Compucase LX-6A19. I have the black version and I love it. The inside is like the Tsunami but steel.

120mm in front and back with a reusable filter in the front.

wow, looks like they slapped a new bezel on and painted it white. i dont see any difference between the inside of that and the Tt tsunami... with a quick glance anyways.

Super secret knowledge: bigger companies make the base cases, and companies like Thermaltake and Compucase (which is probably a subsidiary of something) put their own exterior stylings on the case.

The gazelle went over well, but I think I will need some band aids. Only other issue for me is the one 80mm.

Edit: The picture shows 2. Hmmm.....

here is a little pretty crappy pick of my GMONO, taken with a really crappy borrowed camera.

in the dark the blue power led lights up the entire right side. The front is pretty restrictive, but with only fans on the back at stock speeds it keeps my CPU temp quite cool. As long as you dont plan on cranking things up the cooling should be adequate.

I've almost bought this one a couple times. Might be a bit to macho for a feminina. I know my wife would hate it.

I have a heavily modded compusa case like that in black. Seenhere

I dont not suggest this case. It is very unfriendly and cheap, not to mention weighs a TON. The front filter was nice, but even that had to be modded to make it actually keep out dust.

I like the one Mr. Tinker posted. Not the most femanine, but better than the compusa case.

BTW I will never, Lord willing, buy from CompUsa. It took me 8mo to get my 42" Plasma repaired, and they ended up not doing even after I had boughted a 300 warranty.

Enermax has several white cases. In particular I was going to suggest this:

except they aren't stocking the white version right now. Here's a pic of the white one from enermax's website:

It does come in the milk white that some of the other enermax cases come in, and it has it's own style that you & she may or may not like. I can't find the white one for sale at any online places right now, but you might be able to if you look around.

Newegg also has this white aluminum enermax case:

good luck :)
