do these exist? i would liek to use them in my xbox. If not, i guess i could use 2 seperate leds and share a ground.
 
they exist, but the two separates are a bit cheaper. Course price is relative. I went the dual LED route for my CDRW.
 
lsdiodes has a blue/white 3mm led for $.75.
 
If you decide to use 2 LEDs (actually losing you money), you need to cut into the bezel to make it fit.

thanks much man, i ordered 4 of them for $5 shipped which is about half of what i expected to pay
