Which would you choose?

thats all good and swell. And i belive but im already busting the budget and paying more for a psu is not an option.

Well, I am just warning you so you don't kill your whole system with terrible ripple. Thermaltake isn't a good brand to get, and I'm not sure how the xclio would handle it. I know they are good for midrange computers, but an 8800 is no midrange card. An evga card takes 26A on a rail, the xclio is 16 and 17 for a combined 33A. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think you can use multiple rails for this kind of card. The Corsair 450VX has a single rail, so it would do better than 2 rails. In addition, I'm not sure if even that PSU would be able to handle the video card, plus any additional things you are running.

the xclio isn't 16+17=33 amps, it's 16 and 17 rails = unknown amount. Nobody really knows.

The thermaltake is only 18a. Don't waste your time.

Get the Corsair; Skip out on lunch for a day, beg/borrow/steal, dig out pennies from the sofa.. do whatever it takes. the PSU is the most important part.

May god have mercy on my soul cuz the parts are ordered and i got the x-clio. wish me luck guys! : /

The XClio will be fine (my 480BL has run [sig below] for nearly 2 years just fine), it's a FAR better PSU than that piece of junk TT. With that said, you should have taken the advice given and gone for the Corsair.... If for nothing else, 3 more years warranty and Seasonic OEM.

[edit] oops unclicked show sig, so..
Opteron 165 (0547 TPMW 0230) @ 2592
2x512 OCZ Value VX (UTT)
EVGA NF41 / 7900gt (N584 567/1.62)
XClio 480BL / Pioneer DVR 112
WD KS 250GB / 2x80GB WD SE
Swiftech Apex Ultra [on Vantec NXP-205]

and no way in hell an EVGA card (any G80 class card for that matter) takes over 300watts, that's their piece of shit PSU recommended spec. A GTS/320 isn't likely to pull more than 1/2 that amount.
