I recently found out ABIT has a problem with the AV8 and most people cannot get past DDR400 speeds, with some being lucky and getting 208-210mhz memory speed. The only fix is to drop the memory to DDR333 and OC from there until ABIT has a fix for it which I heard is very far away according to one of their forum mods.(they will wait a few weeks after SP2 is released to regular users)
So far I think my system is stable at 2500mhz(10x250 HTT) My memory is running at 206mhz with 2-3-2-10 timings.(the motherboard sucks, won't take 2-2-2).
I'm thinking about jumping ship and going to the MSI Neo2 Platinum, and trying to score a 1:1 memory ratio, but I want to know what would be faster, 10x250 with a 5:6 ratio or 11x228 with a 1:1 ratio.
Also is 1.3v to the HTT too much voltage?
