Which video card?\

Well the 260 will max out COD4 at 1680x1050, but the 280 would be better for Crysis at that res. But the 260 will run it just fine. My 4870 512mb runs Crysis:Warhead pretty well and it is almost on par with the 260. The GTX260 should do well but if you have the dough the GTX 280 is better.

Can anybody tell me which are the five top video cards today.
I dint want to start a tread about it. Just out of curiosity.

nVidia---295, 280, 260
ATI---4870 (X2), 4850

OP---Crysis will probably gobble up any card that you throw at it, so if you have a particular liking for Crysis, get the beefiest card that you can afford. If you only play Crysis once in a while, the 260 should do just fine.

There was a thread here with pictures of comparisons between the different video cards. For some reason, spent the past 30 min looking for it, I can find it now,

Would someone with knowledge of it please link it here.

TIA

as per usual in the "what video card to get" threads the OP didnt even list the rest of his specs and nobody even asked.

He is putting it in a P II, with 128 MB of Ram, :p

Good point, to further this, just search for forums for lots of like threads.
