Which VGA Cooling Mounting Patterns are Interchangeable?

I'd like to compile a listing that will hopefully clear some things up for me and everyone else regarding this subject. I've seen a bunch of VGA coolers that for example state 'compatible with HD 3800 series', but make no mention of the 4800 series.

Please post information on VGA mounting patterns, and which ones are interchangeable. I will organize all of the information in this post for future reference. Thank you.

Radeon HD 3800 = Radeon HD 4800
