Hello!

Which USB flash drives do you recommend for ESXi host installations?
How big does it have to be?

2gb is plenty if you have an old one laying around and gives you some extra space. If buying new just get a 4gb since 2 and 4 is usually same in price

I use patriot xporter XT (8gb), probably not the cheapest or the fastest, but I've never had one fail on me yet. I think I have 5 in esxi hosts, and a few more I use for rescue boot drives and regular flash drive stuff.
