Which SSD to use as main?

Hey, I recently upgraded my laptop's SSD from a Vertex 2 120gb to 240gb, so this left me with the 120gb to put into my PC. However, I decided I should format my PC, as there are some issues I've been having. Before the 120gb, my configuration was this:

x25-m 80GB - Boot/Small applications drive
1TB Caviar Black - Games drive
1TB 7200.12 - Storage drive

Would this be the best configuration considering the 120gb?

x25-m 80GB - Boot/Small applications drive
Vertex 2 120gb - Specific games drive
1TB Caviar Black - Other games drive
1TB 7200.12 - Storage drive

I know the x25-m has superior 4k speeds, which would make it better for OS. Is this correct?
