I think I want to put a pair of SSD's in RAID 1 in a colo LAMP server. The controller will probably be an IBM M1015. The motherboard I'm leaning towards is a Supermicro X9SRi-F.

Anyone have a similar config and is it working well?
 
Samsung 830's would be fine. 128's are going for $90-$100 and 256's for $160-$170 on sale from various resellers.
 
I'm using 2x intel 520 480GB for a production server using one of those new H710 card from dell, don't remember exactly which LSI model it is, working alright so far
