Which SSD for my build?

I'm having trouble deciding which SSD to get. So far I'm looking at these two:

Intel 510 Series (Elm Crest) SSD 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC

Intel 320 Series SSD 2.5" 120GB SATA II MLC

I've heard that the Intel 320 series has a firmware bug right now. Should I knock that out as a consideration?

I've heard OCZ has the fastest midrange SSDs right now but aren't very good when it comes to reliability and longevity. Are there any other drives I should be looking at? Are they any SSDs about to come out that are supposed to be awesome? Right now I'm leaning towards the Intel 510 Series but the 320 series has a 5 year warranty. Would I notice a difference in speed between the two?

System:
-ASUS P8P67 PRO mobo
-i5 2500k
-GTX 570
-8gb 1600mhz ram

I'll mainly be using my computer for gaming, web surfing, some Photoshop, and transferring large movie files around.

I'm building a similar rig and looking at the same size SSD's - opinions are appreciated.

Pretty new to the whole SSD game.

If you have an SATA 3 controller, go with the 510. I don't think you can go wrong with either of these intel drives.

okay, so here's the golden question, assuming you do have a SATA 3 controller.

If you're new to the SSD game, is it worth $50 to get the 510 over the 320? Is the difference really that noticeable first time out?

Sustained Sequential Read Speeds

320 - Up to 270 MB/s
510 - Up to 450 MB/s (SATA 6Gb/s); 265 MB/s (SATA 3Gb/s)

Sustained Sequential Write Speeds

320 - Up to 130 MB/s
510 - Up to 210 MB/s (SATA 6Gb/s); 200 MB/s (SATA 3Gb/s)

So if you only have a sata 2 connection get the 320. If you have a sata 3 connection like I do, get the 510. The 510's read and write speeds are almost double the 310's when using sata 3. Hmmm, why does the 320 have a 5 year warranty and the 510 only has a 3 year warranty?

That didn't answer my question, it's just numbers.

The question is can you real-world notice the diff between SATA 2/3, esp if you are coming off a spinning drive.

Not just can you stop-watch/bench the difference, but is it enough to notice, and PAY for?
