I've got 4 gigs of ram incoming, and I'm looking at allocating one of em for a ramdisk. What software would you recommend? Does Windows XP (64-bit) have a built-in option for setting a ramdisk?

I bought one for some testing a while ago (it was like $6) and it worked fine for my purpose. It's the one by qsoft. It looks like you'd probably want the $19 "enterprise" version.
