Which software do you recommend for storage pool or raid 0?

hello.

I'm using windows 8. I know only two. Storage Spaces and FlexRAID
I have 1 ssd for os and 3 hdd(300GB,500GB,2TB).
I want to combine 3 hdd to 2.8TB in 1 drive.

Storage Spaces is free on Win8 but I've heard of horrible write speeds.
Most of all, I'm afraid of losing data from power cut or blue screen(I experienced it a lot on overclicking test).

FlexRAID is 29$ for storage pooling. not expensive. slow than Storage Spaces but safe!
I don't know well..

I have never experienced raid system.
Please recommend for me or tell me other good software.

subd as im interested in pooling my 2 ssds as one boot drive
