Which SFF case?

I like the Milo better from an appearance standpoint. I am a little confused. Which one doesnt use an ATX PSU? According to the information I got, both use full size power supplies, but the Grandia is more forgiving on the length. The Milo suggests a shorter PSU, but still ATX in design-not SFX.

Cool ok, so the Grandia then. It will be good with the GPU & a normal size heatsink for the CPU right with a standard DVD drive? Also I prob. can't hook the ATX PSU to a mini-ITX board can I (I found adapters, but they all only output 12w, I am thinking the MB, CPU, 1 HDD & 1 DVD combo drive will be to much for that??

I've got a GD04, which has the same layout as the GD05. You'll be fine with most GPU sizes - I have a MSI 460 Cyclone in there now which sits pretty tall and it fits (though the heatpipe makes contact with the top surface of the case, it still closes fine). This is the card:

The main issue is with CPU heatsink clearance. If you have a DVD drive in there, you can't use anything much taller than the stock HSF. I think some use the Scythe Big Shuriken SCBSK-1000... though I'm getting by with stock for now.

Overall I really like the case - I had to move parts from an older silverstone case I had when it wouldn't fit into my entertainment center (too deep). The GD04/05 is well sized...

Based on height, you should be fine with that cooler. With the optical drive in place, I think you're limited to 70mm max height. That one appears to be 36mm (HS) + 15mm (fan).

As for the ATX psu, I have an Antec Basiq 550 PSU in mine. It's 86mm x 150mm x 155mm. The max you can do is 180mm, unless you remove the left case fan, then you can go longer. But you should be fine with most (modular) PSUs. Shorter the better, though, because any plugs on the left-hand side of the back of the PSU will interfere with the case fan when you approach the max 180mm length.

I am not sure what ATX PSU my system has now, but it is prob.around 3 inches long. Is there a way to find out with out taking the side off? I am using this PSU for the new system.
 
I should be fine with the GD05b, it takse standerd ATX PSUs, up th 7 inches in lengh & this one is not that long.
