Here's the deal. Have a 2.4C running at 3.6 stable, 1200mhz effective fsb.
Or I can put a 3.2E in it and get it to 4.0ghz (untested) at 1000mhz effective fsb.

Any advice?

Right now I'm thinking stick with the tried and true (2 years solid) 2.4@3.6. Just makes my life easier.
 
I would think the 3.2 would still be faster overal, if you can get it to oc stable at 4ghz. thats an awesome oc you have out of the 2.4 :)
