Hi everyone, I want to build a new system. I will order my parts next week. My budget is $1000. So far I came up with two setups. I do video editing and want to play new games. This is my first build & want to overclock at least 3ghz. Please help me out.

Neither. You need to upgrade that PSU. 430 just won't cut it nowadays...
 
there are problems with ocz ram and 965 chipsets(not enough voltage from the board when cmos is cleared.........)
