set 1 : Asus crosshair v formula z + amd 8350 + Gtx 760 + coolermaster 690 II advanced
set 2 : g990fxa-ud3 + amd 8350 + sapphire R9 290 + seasonic 750 bronze

as for hard gaming , after overclocking both sets , which outperforms the other ?
there is also another option that i could substituted the board , processor in set 1 with z77 board , core i5 3770 or 4670 , does it boost it more ?

if anyone can choose from any of the above components to form 3rd set better , suggestions are welcomed

depends on what you are planning to do with your new system

if its for gaming i would go with the better gpu
 
i5 4670k with a good Z87 board in the $110-150 range. Plenty of good Z87 boards to pick from.
