Which SATA to hookitup 2?

This may b a stupid question but a,.. recently I had to buy a new HDD because my old1 went corrupted(200gigs 7200). The new one is 320G 7200 and with some 16mb or something instead of 8 or so. Currently its on sata 1, Ive heard abot different satas but which ones work best? Or it doesnt matter? Thx

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter, especially if you only have 1 drive.

It doesn't really matter, if you have SATA II then good... if you don't (SATA I), no big deal. Just plug her into the availible sata port and you are good to go.
