rule the flex out, thats built for 3/4 monitors. the 7950/Boost are your best bet. I dont know if either are voltage unlocked but if one is. get that one.
 
For over clocking the Sapphire HD7950 950mhz Edition has worked out great for me.

When these first came they were built on reference HD7970 PCB, not sure if they still are but the description does state that it has a 6+8 pin power connector so it appears to to still be built on HD7970 PCB. Benefits of HD7970 PCB is good quality design and compatible with all reference HD7970 water blocks.




Another great HD7970 Sapphire Card for over clocking is the Vapor X but it uses a custom pcb design so it will be difficult to properly water cool.
