Which reading is more right?

Was doing a little over clocking and I am getting some weird readings from a couple of the temp read outs. List as follows
e6600 @ ~3380 for 5Hr + w/run Othos (Blend), 2x Prime 95 (blend), 1 Prime95 (SmFFT)
Temps by Program:
PC Probe II v1.02.01 = 50C
SpeedFan 4.9 = 49C
PC Wizard 2006 = 49.5
Thermal Analysis Tool = CPU1= 77C, CPU2=78C
Core Temp Beta 0.9.091 = 81C CPU 1 & 2
Othos = 48C

Should I be worried about the TAT and CoreTemp readings? :confused: Seeings how I have 4 readings all in the green and the system was stable under HEAVY load for more that 5hr?

but take the temps with a grain of salt...

people have been running 939 rigs for 2-3 years with using mobo temp sensors up to 60*C with out one burning out... so yes it is accurate but does it matter... I dont know
