Something with chips that can be easily identified by actual manufacturer (Samsung, Micron, Hynix, etc.) and that aren't overclocked. If you can't examine the actual module before buying it, get Samsung or no-heatsink Crucial.
But memory speed isn't nearly as important as CPU or graphics card speed.
mushkin makes great ram. if you want freedom to OC, i recommend getting something at least in the 1600mhz-1866mhz range. i personally have 16gb's mushkin redline at 2133mhz
