DFI Infinity NFII - $95
-Best overclocking nForce2 board, right now.
VCore - 2.0v ; VDimm - 3.3V ; Chipset up to 1.9V

Kingston HyperX PC3200 - KHX3200K2 (and NOT KHX3200AK2) these are sold at zipzoomfly. $175 dual kit
-These are guaranteed to be BH-5. You want BH-5 memory for high frequencies and low latency. BH-5 does not come cheap as it is discontinued. KHX3200K2 is the cheapest source. You can risk it with KHX3000 but these come in both BH-5 & BH-6. BH-6 usually requires a little more voltage to achieve the same MHz as would BH-5. (If you still can't afford the KHX3200, then go with the PC3000. my hyperX PC3000 does 245MHz (almost PC4000) with 3.3V)

With that ...230fsb AT LEAST is guaranteed. Most people hit 240 - 260 WITHOUT vmods :) No sense getting some NF7-S which WILL MOST LIKELY crap out anywhere around 210-230FSB when your 8k3a already does 210 ;)

edit ...OMFG..
You aren't gonna be using that PSU?
