Which RAID card should I get?

I am building a NAS box with 4 Hitachi 3TB 7K3000 drives and thinking of using FreeNAS for RAIDZ2. This is for home/media storage use, not mission-critical production or anything. I've been doing research on which RAID card to use and I'm kind of stuck: do I get an LSI 9260-4i, an IBM M1015, or will a cheaper Marvell/SiL-based card be OK? I beseech thee, storage gods, spare me any further research and recommend a sub-$200 RAID/HBA card!

OK, what about the Dell PERC H200? I had only been looking at 4 internal port cards (since that's the max my case will hold) but these seem inexpensive and are LSI-based.

the dell perc h310 would be the best option.

just flash it to it firmware and boom cheap hba.
