hi guys,
i'm planning on cooling my pc by wc, but dont knw which rad shud i go for: the aqua 240evo rad or the black ice pro or xtreme 240 rad?
cheers

For that setup, a BIP 2.120 or GTS 240 (both by HWlabs) would be fine.

Stay away from the Xtreme rads, as, although they can cool ALOT, they require high rpm fans.

thanx for ur reply. just out of cerious wat are they BIP 2.120 or GTS 240 (both by HWlabs)? i'm a noob on wc so not really so sure wat they are. appriciate for any link or qft. And as well as which type of tube cool the water better? round one from aqua or the flat tube from black ice rad?

I can't comment on the Aqua radiators, as... I've never used them. I like the flat tube design, mainly for aesthetics.

Both the BIP and GTS are manufactured by HWlabs... They can be found on www.Jab-tech.com under the watercooling tab...

so liek the flat tube and round tube wont be affected much on the temperature of the water rite? i'm thinking of getting this asetek watercooling kit http://www.asetek.com/main/page.asp?sideid=541 or i'll get a full custome wc kit from aqua computer with aqua cuplex evo 1.1, aqua gpu and the evo rad which from japan (i cant get aqua stuffs from australia) with alpha cool pump (i think its the ap1510) fit with 3/8" bards. so base on ur knowledge, which one shud i go for asetek kit or custome aqua kit?
cheers

hi, i heard about the swiftech pump is abit lound, not really quite at high speed. i like the look and design of aqua computer as well... lozl so hard to decide

Buy self sticking dapening foam for $12 from jab-tech or voyeurmods to reduce pump noice. I hear nothing on mine after that. Didn't really hear much other than case vibration b4 anyway.

There are many good radiators out there and in my opinion the ThermoChill PA120.2 or the PA120.3 are the best. If you look at and hold one of these radiators and compare them to the rest the others look like toys.

Swiftech makes a nice kit if the kit route is what you prefer. I suggest reading all that you can in the stickys and do some "searches" on various topics so that this stuff will make more sense and then you will be able to make an informed decision. JMO

For pump isolation this is the good stuff...
