Which PSU to "fix" the problem?

Regarding another thread I made about my X1900XTX having artifacts when playing (and not overheating) which can be found here: http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?p=1031491101#post1031491101

I'd like to know if my current PSU (SU-430) has enough amps on the 12v rail (ATI mentions 30A) and in the specs I see 16A.
Code:
AC Input
100 - 240V/7Amps; 50Hz - 60 Hz
DC Output + 5V + 12V + 12V + 3.3V - 12V - 3.3V
Max 25A 16A 16A 25A 0.8A 2A
Min 0.3A 1A 1A 0.5A 0A 0A
+ 3.3, + 5V max. load:130 Watts; +12 V max. load: 372 Watts

Anyways, I checked the power consumption for my computer and it goes well above 500W under load, which would explain my problem.

So I'm now looking for a replacement PSU that would have enough power to give me no problem for my computer under load. I'm looking to overclock (both CPU and GPU) too, if that means anything.

Looking at the current deals on NCIX, I found this one: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=19831&vpn=CMPSU-620HX&manufacture=CORSAIR&promoid=1060

Can anyone tell me if it has 30A on the 12v rail? It looks like it's only 18A...

It has 50a. It's really a single railed psu and not a multi railed psu.

So this means it's a good buy and should work for what I need?

I just received my PSU, 520HX.

Everything works! No more artifacts!

A good choice. At this time, there isn't a single, mainstream video card out there that the 520 HX can't handle.
