The Corsair is better quality, but it has less capacity. Although it could probably still handle an SLI or CF setup, I'd lean toward the Antec for that purpose. However, for a single-card setup I would definitely favour the Corsair.

Yeah, I do prefer the single 12v rail against the multiple 12v rails. There's only 1 small fan (80mm?) on the antec. The corsair has a bigger fan. Which one do you think is more efficient and less noise?

both of them have 5 years warranty, although i read that corsair is a bit better in honoring their warranty.

The Corsair's larger fan will cool better and with less noise. I don't know if it matters all that much though.
