My old HX1000 PSU has finally died after 6 years. I'm torn between buying the HX1000 again since is was such a good PSU or getting the newer AX850. I'm running a FX-9370 and two 7970's which should I buy ?
 
You can't go wrong with corsair but I'd honestly give EVGA a chance. Great service and decent PSU's with a 10 year warranty. I have the 750G but you'd probably need something higher for 2 7970's and a FX-9370.
 
I have a Corsair TX950watt I bought almost 5 years ago and still running fine and I can power my X58 board with Xeon x5660 at 4.2Ghz and CX 7950 .. So would think about that range of power is what you need.
