Which PS is better?

Either will do it, but the Silverstone would get my vote for being the better of the two. The Topower may well be the quieter unit though.
 
Well for $280+, you'd be best off with a PCP&C 510 SLI with custom wiring.
 
Oh god... between the two, the Silverstone fer sure.
 
With that kind of money, I'd go for a Zippy PSL-6701P, if noise isn't a big deal.
