I use Rivatuner but it's getting annoying, I know I've heard of a program that detects when you go into a 3d application and sets the clocks to the correct frequency but I can't think of the name of it. With RT I have to do it manually and that's the annoying part.

Powerstrip isn't free, I dont want to pay $30 for a piece of software. Plus I haven't found any documentation on the site that says it does this.
