Which Prime 95 test to run?

I've just got my setup going and I'm wondering what prime 95 test to run, there's 3 choices, there used to be just 1 torture test, but now there's like 3, which one should i use??

blend for anything meaningfull.

shut down the programs that you can exit properly, start prime running, use windows task manager to set the prime 95 thread priority to high, let the program run at least long enough to get up to it's largest FFT size (i think that's just short of 5 MB) and drop back down to 8 K FFTs.
