Which power supply should I use???

I have two power supplies...one is a 450W Antec Smart Power and the other one is a 430Watt Antec TruPower. WHich one should I use for my conroe rig??? I'm asking the experts which one is better. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, it is the True Power II 430Watt. I don't know the exact model of the smart power. It is the one that comes with the Antec Sonata II case on newegg.

Agreed! The TP II is a much better PSU & has more +12V amperage.

Easiest answer is that the TP II is a higher Antec line, than the SP II, which is Antec's economy line.

You heard wrong.

Rosewill doesn't make anything & they rebadge so many different brands that it is a crap shoot at best.

None are good, some are just worse than others.
