Which path to take? Help is needed

Hello,

I have been planning on making an HTPC for quite some time, and I was just wondering if it would be best to just get a Barebone System or get a Micro ATX board with a small Micro ATX case. So since this question is basically about HTPC, Mainboard, and Case, I think it is appropriate to place it in General Hardware.

This what I am planning to put. I would like to place my 1.6A and jump the FSB to 125 from 100 so that I can take advantage of my PC2700 DDR333.

The Video Card I will be using is a Ti4600.

Will have a CD-RW installed.

Will hopefully have a PVR250 in the box.

The Hard Drive space will either be 40GB or 80GB.

As for internet access, if I use the Micro ATX I would get a PCI Wireless adapter. If I purchase the Barebone, I would have to purchase the USB wireless.

So this is the Barebone system I am interested in. Please give me some input, and let me know if I could save some extra cash by going with something else.
Shuttle XPC Model SS51G

I am not to familiar with Micro ATX board, so I am not sure which is best for around $50-80. Not even sure which chipset is best to go for. I do not need onboard Video Card, but would like the onboard Sound and Lan. Which brand is the most popular/stable one? DFI, MSI, Shuttle?

For the case, I think these are pretty cool, what do you guys think? Will a 200 Watt PSU run all of the stuff that I am going to put in them?
