Which P35 mobo for overclocking?

So Ive been trying to configure a system for some time now, first I was considering an X38 mobo but have decided to go with P35. Ive narrowed my search down to these boards:
Abit IP35-Pro
Asus P5K-E
Gigabyte P35-DS4
MSI P35 Platinum

All these boards meet my requirements regarding features, so Im having a hard time narrowing this list down. OCing performance and stability are very important to me, any of these boards stand out from the rest? Are there any other P35 boards I should consider?

I will be using a Q6600 and 2x2GB DDR2-1000, thanks for the help!
 
I have a lesser version of the Gigabyte board and love it. I also have always liked MSI boards. And Abit was good "back in the day ", havent had an Abit since their head engineer went to DFI.

Those are usually incapable of overclocking due to their bios being completely locked.

Just hearsay. Though, I do recommend the Abit IP35-E, which is the only P35 board I've used personally and it clocks very well.

I got a really nice clock out the IP35 Pro with the Q6600 and DDR2800, i am running stable at 3.2 i can go 3.4-3.6 but it nots 100% stable. You really dont need DDR2-1000 to get a nice clock out of the Q's. Any DDR2800 will really push the chip to its limits.
 
just not really in the mood for OCing anymore so i am really happy with the dp35dp that i got. it is really rock solid.
