I wanted to know which p2p program is better.

Limewire
Kazaa Lite Resurection
Kazaa Lite K++ 2.7(BETA)
or
Ares

I appreciate a response.

Define "better".
You mean...
In terms of users?
In terms of files shared?
In terms of search results?
In terms of average throughput?
Or in terms of likelihood of you to get sued for downloading illegal stuff?

How bout lesslikely hood for getting sued.
Many files/Working files.
And many users.
And probably the most important next to working files SPEED.

the "safest" one would probably be irc. if you don't know what that means/how that works,i suggest a guide.

how come this isn't getting locked? b/c the user hasn't said the magic word yet?

Because some of us still use P2P for legal file downloads.

Limewire is still good, especially if you have the pro version. I use an old copy of Kazaa Lite as well, since I had strange problems with Resurrection. But really, the best is Bit Torrent.

*cough* ...for only legal stuff of course, mr. officer... *cough*
