Hello all:

I don't know if it makes a difference at all, but does it matter if you install a program or the os off a DVD Recorder, CD-RW, CD-RW/DVD, CD, etc. drive?

On a side note, anyone able to install WinXP of a SATA optical drive?

na it doesnt matter. and I have not booted off a SATA cd drive before. I wouls assume it wouldnt be any different just select the drive as a boot drive and it should be fine.
