Which one?

Okay so I have a choice of either the ASUS Sabertooth Z77, Asrock Z77 Fatality or the Asus Maximus V Formula.

Problem is that the Maximus is my first choice but if I want it I have to wait a month for it. The other two I can get right now.

It may be better to wait and get your preferred motherboard than to purchase something else now only to find that it is not what you are after.

Yeah exactly what I said to myself. I'd rather not get something half heartedly.

The sabertooth is a fine motherboard.
