Prolimatech Megahalems. Taking it from experience, it is worth spending the extra bucks to get one of the best heatsink + included mounting combinations on the market today.
You will thank yourself later when you see how easy it is to install. I assume you're talking about your main rig though. If this is for an HTPC build, then you'll need a smaller heatsink.

Well they are all on sale for $28, and Im not getting this for myself, I already have a couple of TRUES to satisfy me :), this is for a friends new build whos on a tight budget. Yes I've heard and seen reviews on the Pro. Megahalem and its not available in my area at all.
 
The Coolermaster out of those three. None are particularly impressive heatsinks though.
