From these:
http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/parts/power-supply/#w=5,8,4&sort=d6&m=2,1,40,8,21,42,33,20,15,17,35 (I have not checked cooler master, maybe should I consider that brand too ?)

N.B.
-I won't do any video encoding, graphic design and such demanding task.
-The rig will be a pure gaming single monitor 1920 x 1080p rig (single screen)
-I don't car that much of being Energy-Efficient (or should I ?) (not paying for electricity where I live at)

-must let me crossfire 2x Radeon HD 7970 GPU (I won't go more than 2 Gpus)
-must let me OC both my GPU and CPU good
-must support the next Ivy Bridge CPU (PCI 3.0)

The build:
CPU: i7 2600K
Mobo: ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3
GPU: AMD Radeon™ HD 7970 (will go Crossfire in a year or so)
Memory: 16 GB DDR3 1600 MHz (2x8GB)
Hard drive: 160Gb SDD
PSU: ? ? ? ? ?
OS: Win7 64bit
Cooling: not selected any yet
Monitor: no specific model selected yet (will be a 22"+ 1080p 120Hz single monitor)

Thanks
there are so many...
N.B I prefer a good 850W than a cheap 1000W... but I have no idea of the Brand's reputation and quality habits...

here's a list I have to choose from (I've sorted it as much I could leaving only the brand I've heard from...

I ignored your list, because it's missing a lot of good choices. The four units I suggested are some of the best deals on high-end PSUs right now and they are all excellent units. Pick one according to your budget and feature requirements.

the 179$ Rosewill Lightning seems okay to me. (I hope I can turn all these bling lights off)

really? not going to go with more reliable name like Seasonic? Wattage might be lower but it's real wattage.

The higher end Rosewill power supplies are built by Super Flower, although Rosewill is a newegg house brand. Some of the other rosewill products are made cheaply though, you always have to check the reviews/mfr.
