AMD 64 3200+ @ 2.5ghz
OCZ Gold Series 2.5-3-3-8 @ 1T 333mhz
4xHTT
10xCPU

OR

AMD 64 3200+ @ 2ghz
OCZ Gold Series 2-2-2-5 @ 1T 400mhz
5xHTT
10xCPU

um... I am not ure, but in your OC'ed setup, are you running a RAM divider to put the RAM at 333MHz?

If thats the case... stick with stock... the .5GHz on the processor won't make up for the sharp decrease in FSB.

I would try to see how far you get with a 1:1 divider.

Yes I am running a divider...

On the steam forums one of the guys said the samething.

I can't get anywhere with 1:1 ratio. When I set it to 400mhz and 2.5-3-3-8 it wont get past bios.

I have tried 230FSB X 10CPU 2300mhz 2.5-3-3-8 400mhz 2t and that worked but I wanted 1T

Any suggestiosn what to do? Please. Thank you

Start small... try 205FSB and a 1:1 ram divider...

What is your DIMM Voltage at? What is your CPU Voltage at? Is it stock on both?

What is your RAM rated at, PC-3200?

What motherboard are you using?

DIMMv = 2.80v
CPUv = 1.408v
My ram is rated at pc3200, yes.

Long time ago I tried overclocking from 2-2-2-5 1T 400mhz and I could get up to about 215fsb.

I dont want to kill anything here:)

I can tell you right now... that VX gold stuff is Voltage hungry.

Hell, the OCZ page says it wants 3.2V just to run at 2-2-2-8 @ DDR400

Bump up the Voltage to 3.2, and see how far you get with a 1:1 OC.

Bump it up to 2.9 and see how much further you can get... OCZ warranties their stuff to a certain voltage limit (unless they require more)... I think the limit is 3.0 +/-10%... so you are safe to go up to 3.0.

Try 2.9 and see if you get any more FSB out of it.
