In the morning I try turning the computer on but no go. Anyways, I open up the PC to check out the CPU which looked fine and also made sure all the wires were properly plugged in which they were. I noticed my Power Supply (a generic pathetic 330 WATTS one) was warm even though it never turned on. I then resetted the CMOS and put the power suplly plug back in. Computer came on but nothing showed up on the screen. I try holding insert and pressing it while the computer starts but that does nothing. After a while it didn't start anymore. I turn the Power supply off for 10 seconds and turn it back on (through the back switch on the computer) and my computer turned on again. After a couple of tries I get a shorted power on where the compute only comes on for a split second.
Is it time for a new power supply? motherboard?
