Price isn't a big issue among these two, since they are practically the same price. Which one is better in terms of comfort, performance, and reliability?

I dont know about you but I have always found over the top headphones to be much more comfortable. The around the back might look cooler but mine hurt my ears really bad when I game for a bit.
