which one between these two?

[airswimmer]

Hi all, gald to find such a great forum on hardware, here is my first post

building a new PC, wanna hear your thoughts. I am looking at the Asus EN8800GT-HTDP-1GB and the Gigabyte GV-NX88T512HP, one has 1G RAM one has the nice Zalman fan. I will be using 1920x1200 res. I know the 1G ram is probably good for high res gaming. but I quite like the Zelman. does the 1G really make the difference? anyone got any bench comparison for these two?

thanks a lot.

The extra RAM makes no difference whatsoever even at 2560x1600. I'd take the nice cooler over a useless gimmick!
