Which of these two RAM would you get if not overclocking?

I don't plan on overclocking or anything and would only like to spend around $200 for 2x1GB PC3200 memory.

I came across these two items. Which would you get? I do not plan on overclocking and want to leave it stock. It would go in a ASUS A8N-SLI Premium.

Does it make a difference if I get two of those or the 2GB crucial kit if I want to take advantage of the dual channel on my board?
