Which Notebook?

Damn, I can't decide between the MSI A5000-436US or the HP G62-222US. Both of the notebooks are at Officedepot. They both have their own pros and cons between them.

MSI A5000-436US

Pros:
-Faster cpu with the Intel T4500 2.3 dual core over the AMD P520 @ 2.3ghz
-Gigabit LAN
-4GB of DDR2 RAM

Cons:
-Shorter battery life at 3hrs?
-Smaller HDD at 250GB.
-Poor audio?


HP G62-222US

Pros:
-Faster 3D performance on the Radeon 4250 IGP vs the Geforce 8200M graphics
-Larger HDD at 320GB 7200rpm?
-Longer battery life at 4hr and 25 min?

Cons:
-Slower cpu vs the Intel T4500
-No gigabit LAN
-3GB of DDR3 RAM
