Which motherboard?

I recently bought an Asus A8N-SLI Premium and so far its been running well. Overclocked my 3800+ to 2.7ghz @ 1.5 (max volts) which is the maximum this CPU can do (tested it with my NF4 SLI and no amounts of voltage increased the clocks).

Now it seems the A8N-SLI doesn't seem to like 280+ HTT so I'm running 270mhz x 10. I'm satisfied for now.

The question is I can upgrade my motherboard from the Asus to the DFI Lanparty UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert for an extra $45 CDN of so. I'm wondering whether I should jump on this? Both of the motherboards have the same layout, the tradeoff is the Asus has heatpipe Northbridge cooling (Silent ++) but the DFI has much more potential for overclocking. Now I don't plan on changing my 3800+ anytime soon (next upgrade will probably be to AM2) so do I really need the overclockability that the DFI gives me?

So Pros:
More overclocking

Cons:
More expensive ($45 CDN)
Less Warranty (1 year only)
No Heatpipe cooling (Fan noise)

Any opinions would be great. Thanks!
